The Cablenet Data/Voice Data/Voice 10/100 Economiser (Pairs to Work) enables additional Ethernet or voice signals to be carried over Cat5e twisted pair cabling using the spare wire pairs. Featuring RJ45 jacks and plugs with 50 micron gold-plated contacts for durability, these units are sold individually but must always be used in pairs with one at each end of the run. Installation is simple and designed for patch panels and faceplates only, offering a cost-effective solution for expanding voice and data services. Not suitable for telephones operating on broadband lines, this adaptor is ideal for offices, schools, and business networks where extra capacity is required.
