Cablenet Splice Protector 60mm x 2.5mm Diameter (PK 100)

60mm x 2.5mm fibre splice protector sleeves for reinforcing a completed splice and keeping the joint stable when placed into a splice tray or organiser. The sleeve is positioned over the splice and heated so the outer tube shrinks down to secure the joint. Each protector is constructed from a heat shrink tube with an internal strength member and contains a hot-melt adhesive, which softens and flows during shrinking to bond and seal around the fibre for added mechanical support. Supplied as a pack of 100 for routine splicing and maintenance work.
