Cablenet Maxxam Cat6 Solid Cable

The Maxxam Cat6 U/UTP 4 Pair Unshielded Cable is a high-performance Ethernet cable designed for permanent installations and large-scale structured cabling in commercial and residential buildings. Compliant with Category 6 standards, it supports high-speed data transmission up to 1 Gigabit Ethernet (1GbE), making it ideal for IP-based applications including VoIP, video streaming, and data networking. Constructed with eight 24AWG polyethylene-insulated conductors, twisted into four precision-balanced pairs, the cable includes a central plastic separator to deliver enhanced Near-End Crosstalk (NEXT) performance and consistent signal integrity. The unshielded U/UTP design ensures flexibility and easy handling during installation. Two CPR-rated variants are available: Dca-s1a,d1,a1 rated cable with an overall diameter of 6.1mm, ideal for general purpose installations. B2ca-s1a,d1,a1 rated cable with a diameter of 6.6mm, suitable for environments requiring higher fire safety standards. Both versions come with a Low Smoke Zero Halogen (LSZH) outer jacket in compliance with IEC60332-1, reducing toxic emissions in case of fire. The cable is available in several colour options to support cable identification and management across complex installations. Each cable is supplied in a 305m Reelex Box for tangle-free dispensing, and features metre-by-metre length markings to simplify inventory management and reduce waste during installation.
