EZ-Path
EZ-Path mechanical devices provide fully compliant fire stopping for power and data cable management pathways. They are easy to fit and/or retrofit and do not require a specialist fire contractor for system maintenance or upgrades. This versatile, permanent, automatic firestop system is suitable for any structure from concrete walls to lightweight partitions.

EZ-Path Series 44+ Fire-rated Pathway
The EZ Path Series 44+ Fire-Rated Pathway is designed for high cable volume conditions through fire-rated walls and floors while eliminating the burden of ongoing maintenance. The Series 44+ incorporates self-sealing intumescent pads that automatically adjust to the installed cable fill without the need for user manipulation. Under fire exposure, the intumescent pads expand and swell resisting the passage of smoke and flame.
Its compact square profile allows a maximum number of cables to be installed in a relatively small area. The pathway measures approximately 4" (101.6 mm) x 4-5/8" (118 mm) and is 14" (356 mm) long and can be increased by 6” (152 mm) for every Series 44+ Extension module installed.
EZ-Path Series 33 Fire-rated Pathway
The EZ Path Series 33 Fire-Rated Pathway is a maintenance-free pathway solution for moderate cable volumes through fire-rated walls and floors. The Series 33 incorporates built-in intumescent pads that automatically adjust to cable fills. When exposed to flame and high temperatures, the intumescent pads expand to form a dense insulative char that prevent the passage of smoke and flame.
Designed for new or existing cable installations through up to 9″ (22.9 cm) thick walls, or floors the Series 33 pathway holds up to 120 Cat 5e cables.
EZ Path® Series 33 Fire Rated Pathway is painted safety orange for easy identification. Its compact square profile allows a maximum number of cables to be installed in a relatively small area. The pathway measures approximately 3” (76 mm) x 3” (76 mm) and is 10.5” (267 mm) long.
EZ-Firestop Grommet
EZ-Firestop Grommets make sealing penetrations of individual and small bundles of cables through gypsum board walls a snap. Molded from premium plenum-plastics and incorporating a soft foam inner core, EZ-Firestop Grommets eliminate the need for sleeves, firestop putties & sealants.
For small cables penetrating gypsum board/stud wall assemblies, the firestop shall consist of a molded, two-piece grommet having a foam fire and smoke sealing membrane that conforms to the outside diameter of the individual cable. The grommet product shall be capable of locking into place to secure the cable penetration within the wall assembly.
