How do I register for an account?
Please visit our registration page to sign-up.
Is it possible to have an individual user account on the CMS Store?
Yes, your company account will have at least one user, who is an administrator. The administrator can add individual accounts associated to the company by navigating to 'My Account', where they will find the 'Company Users' section.
How can I create an account on the CMS Store if my business is registered outside of the United Kingdom or the Republic of Ireland?
If your company is registered outside of the United Kingdom or the Republic of Ireland, and you wish to create an account on the CMS Store, then please contact us using the contact form, and one of our team will be in touch.
Placing an order
Do I have to register to place an order on the CMS Store?
You must register for an account with CMS Distribution, and agree to our terms and conditions to place an order on the CMS Store.
I am already a CMS customer. Do I have to create an online account?
If you are already a CMS customer, you will need to create a new account to order online.

Can I cancel an order?
You can cancel an order anytime before it is processed (usually within 1 hour of placing the order).

Is there a minimum order quantity, or minimum order value?
There isn't a minimum order quantity, or order value.

How do I change my delivery or invoice address?
To change your delivery or invoice address, please log in to the CMS Store, and go to 'My Account', then select 'My Additional Addresses', then 'Add New Address'.
When placing an order, select the new delivery address from your list, or add a new delivery address.
Can I view my order status, or order history?
Yes, please log in to the CMS Store, and go to 'My Account', then select 'Orders'.
Where can I find my CMS company account number?
You can find your CMS company account number in the 'Company Profile' section in 'My Account'.
Delivery
What are my delivery options?
DPD are our chosen carrier for over 95% of our orders.
We offer next business day, Saturday, pre-10:30 AM and pre-12 PM delivery options for UK customers.
We also offer a 2-day delivery service for non-mainland UK and IE customers.
What is the status of my order?
Please check the 'Orders' section in your account to view the status of your order.
What do I do if my order arrives incomplete, or incorrect?

Returns
How do I return goods to CMS Distribution?
To request a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number, please contact or customer services team, using our contact form.

The RMA must be returned within 14 days from the date of issue of the RMA number.

Payments & billing
What payment methods are available?
If credit facilities are granted, you can place orders within the value of your credit limit.
We also accept credit cards.
I don't have a credit/debit card, can I still purchase from CMS Distribution?
Yes, you can still create an account, and apply for credit.
Once credit facilities are approved, then purchases can be made.
Can I pay my account balance online?
Yes, as long as payment is less than £10,000, and is paid in one transaction, using a credit card.
Please note, only one invoice can be paid at a time.
Invoices
Will I receive an invoice?
Invoices will be auto-emailed to you.
They can also be seen in the 'Invoices' section of the 'My Account' section.
Can I request an old invoice?
Yes, you can. Please navigate to the 'Invoices' section within the 'My Account' section.
Can I receive paperless invoices?
Yes, invoices are emailed directly to you.
Where are my invoice records stored?
See 'Invoices' in 'My Account'.
